Group Based Training 

Group based training is where we, as a Black Dog community, really come together. Every weekday and Saturday we hold group classes to improve strength and every day mobility.

Group classes are for beginner to advance lifters and combine classic lifts like the squat, dead lift and press with olympic lifts and variations. Not only that, but we also combine it with conditioning consisting of body weight, kettle bell, and other core related workouts.
